Merton Village caters to independent living. The village comprises 46 units – 26 in Ogilvie Street and 20 in Turtle Street. Currently we have four two-bedroom units available in Ogilvie Street and one two-bedroom unit with study in Turtle Street. A two-bedroom unit with study will soon be available on Ogilvie Street.

Merton Court Hostel is an aged-care residence catering not only to older people, but also those with a disability requiring respite care or needing some help with day-to-day activities. The hostel, in Virginia Street, consists of 17 air-conditioned rooms with ensuites. Merton Court currently has no vacant beds.
